Customer Requirements

Age Verification and Identification
By entering or attempting to enter Hopkins Dispensary, you acknowledge and agree to the following mandatory requirements:
- Minimum Age: You must be 21 years of age or older to enter the dispensary or purchase cannabis products
- Valid ID Required: You must present a current, valid, government-issued photo identification upon entry and at point of purchase
- Acceptable Forms of ID: Driver's license, state-issued identification card, military ID, passport, or tribal enrollment card
- ID Verification: Your ID must not be expired, altered, damaged, or tampered with in any way
- Name Matching: ID must be in your legal name and match payment information (if applicable)
- No Exceptions: We cannot make exceptions to age or ID requirements under any circumstances
⚠️ Legal Notice - False Identification
Attempting to enter the dispensary with false identification, using someone else's ID, or being under 21 years of age is a criminal offense under Minnesota law. Violators will be denied entry, removed from the premises, and may be subject to legal prosecution.
Purchase Limits and Restrictions
Minnesota cannabis law establishes strict purchase limits. Hopkins Dispensary complies with all state-mandated restrictions:

- Loitering: Remaining on premises without making a purchase or after business hours
- Minor Presence: Bringing individuals under 21 years of age into the dispensary
Customer Conduct Policy
All customers must behave respectfully and professionally toward staff and other patrons. Hopkins Dispensary reserves the right to refuse service, request customers to leave, and permanently ban individuals who violate our conduct policies or create unsafe conditions.

By entering Hopkins Dispensary or using our services, you acknowledge that:
